made this dish from our left-over spaghetti, not too long ago. didn't know how to cook anything at all except for rice or fried eggs not too long ago too. maybe it's because i've been a free-loader at my parents' house until i was in my late late 20's. makes you wonder how i managed that huh?

but now, i can cook adobo, sinigang, tinola, along with some simple pasta recipes. looks like i've been domesticated against my will. well, not really. i quite enjoy cooking. the meal planning is the hard part. budgeting the grocery money can also sometimes give me a migraine.

if you're a slacker like me, you'd understand where i'm coming from. suddenly you find yourself living on your own, thinking up of ways on how to spend your housemate's hard-earned money wisely. i wish there were endless opportunities out there on how to stretch the budget so that you would still have enough to spend on movies, starbucks and "malling."

my housemate has left me an hour ago for his night shift. and now the night is stretching before me, with just this blog-writing and maybe channel surfing later on. hmm...maybe i will be a slacker all my life.
